get what you pay for here. room was ok. outside hotel was dirty,high traffic area.lot of street noise. we weren't in room but to sleep, maid service was good.breakfast was bad. only plus was close to a beach, and I-5, so getting to sd attractions was easy. imperial beach pier resturant was excellent, try it if staying in area! next time we will stay farther north,or coronado.

The staff was friendly and it was on the busline. Other than that, there is nothing good here! Our room was dirty, the door was broken (NOT SAFE!!) The breakfast was terrible (very few options, NO fruit...). The area is very bad, maybe it was just the city but there were homeless people everywhere and a few of them lived RIGHT OUTSIDE our window!!! We didnt go out at night because of this. The hotel claims it is a mile from Imperial Beach. What that means is Imperial Beach CITY LINE. The actual beach is about 5 miles away. Not an easy walk in beach shoes! Spend the extra money and skip this hotel!

It is in a bad part of San Diego. The towels were dirty, the drawer was broken, the tub had hair in it from the last person. The room was filthy, I only stayed one night and ate the rest because it was so disgusting.

Was a nonsnoking room but the odors were very strong. Did not clean the bathroom. The towels were like sandpaper. The bed was hard. I asked if we change to 2 double beds told this was an additional charge. The hotel onlr had 5 customers.
