My husband ,my son and I stayed only for a nite. They staff let us check in early with no problem. Our room was very clean. We had a standard oceanveiw. Our own private balcony. The pools were great i think they have like three of them. And a GREAT tiki BAR!! Over all a fun trip.

Perry's was the best beach resort I have stayed at so far. We were given room 108, and it is by far the best location to have at the resort. Not only is it on the first floor, but your front door opens up to the path leading to the beach (no need to rent beach chairs). Our rooms were great. The kitchen pots and pans SUCK, so do not plan on cooking unless you bring your own. Our toaster did not work, and they never brought us a new one. But the room is a great size and the location is great. The parking lot is really crowded and hard to drive in (we wrecked our truck trying to get out). The staff is friendly and fast. The free dougnuts and orange juice in the morning are YUMMY (and a large selection). The resort is located across the street from a grocery store and the post office. It is also located about mid-way between Ponce Inlet and the boardwalk (so good location to be in the middle of everything).

Lovely hotel with most helpful staff. Hotel is situatedat the quieter end of Daytona beach and away from all the ""touristy tack"". Clean rooms with fridge,and microwave if you want to cook. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony overlooking the Atlantichotplate .
