The hotel is clean and a nice place,however, we were unfortunate to be placed in a room just outside the front door where a patio of tables and chairs are placed and is a nice place for late nighters to stop and chat - until past 3AM. Needless to say, we got little sleep. So, stay at the Arena but don't get caught in a room next to the front door.

Perfect location when attending concerts at HP Pavillion in SJ. The hotel as a whole could use some updating but was definitely adequate and would not stop us from staying again. Location is ~10 min. walk to concerts.

I love this place! It iw without question my hotel of choice when I am in Silicon Valley. The location is ideal, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the full breakfast is first fate. I miss the full dinner they used to have, but they have kept the focus where it really counts, and it is still the best deal around.

10/06/2009Dirty carpets,furniture and bathrooms. mold on ceilings. smoky rooms in non-smoking. would not even refund money so i could stay in a clean hotel.

Nice clean rooms, the breakfast was great so was the jacuzzi. Great staff but there english is a little rusty. Anyway i payed about dollars a night here with the promo for thursday and friday night. It's A great value for your buck. Unless your A very high maintenince inivudual you will definitly love your stay with the arena hotel.
