Important Hotel Information
- A non-refundable damage waiver fee of 35.00 is collected at check in. This covers anything from normal wear and tear to minor damages up to 1500. The guest must still notify the Front Desk upon arrival of any damages in the unit or they may be liable for the damages. The damage waiver fee does not cover negligence or willful misconduct.
- Minimum Check in age is 25 years old.

summer vacation was good
08/14/2010The resort was nice a lot of rules that unfortunately are not followed ..smokers sitting on edge of pool ash going into water and their cigarette butts all over the ...
the resort was nice a lot of rules that unfortunately are NOT followed ..smokers sitting on edge of pool ash going into water and their cigarette butts all over the ground...and every day got worse kids jumping off near waterfall no supervision..we had to leave many times ..to find quieter place... people in the pool with drinks...people staying above us we where in a villa where soo noisy and loud moving furniture at all hours of the night and morning. won't stay again paid to much money....better stay in motel...

06/11/2010We had a great stay. the room could have been cleaner, but that's not huge deal. the staff was very friendly. great ammentities. would definalty stay again.

We have stayed at the Edgewater 3 times now. We have also stayed at other resorts in Panama City Beach. We will never stay anywhere else but Edgewater again. It has everything you could ask for. Beach, spacious pools (2) hot tubs, food (delivered to room if need be); hair salon, babysitting service, very guarded area. Absolutlely beautiful and VERY comfortable.

Went down on a Friday to discover that they had booked my room so they were forced to give me a Villa (off the beach) which is not what I paid for! The securityguard working the entrance gate had no customer service qualities at all. The room however was very clean and I have no complaints about the room! I did enjoy my stay there and would recommend it to anyone...just make sure that you double check your reservations! I will definitley be returning to the beach soon and will probably stay there again!!!!

A friend and myself took our two daughters to Panama City Beach for Spring Break. This was a great hotel and location for spring break. We had a wonderful time. The hotel staff at the front desk could have been more attentive to our requests. Also the shuttle service is not as timely as they claim. Great value for spring break.
