Important Hotel Information
- Please be advised that the front desk hours to check-in are from 8 am to 5 pm. All late arrivals for Long Beach will need to check-in at Majestic Beach Resort, located 1/2 mile west of the Long Beach at 10901 Front Beach Road. Majestic is available 24 hours per day.
- A non-refundable damage waiver fee of 35.00 is collected at check in. This covers anything from normal wear and tear to minor damages up to 1500. The guest must still notify the Front Desk upon arrival of any damages in the unit or they may be liable for the damages. The damage waiver fee does not cover negligence or willful misconduct.
- Minimum Check in age is 25 years old.

Travelocity had a deal on this hotel for $120 a night instead of $181. I booked a unit for 3 nights in early August and found myself VERY satisfied with the hotel! I loved the big bathroom with the jacuzzi tub and i liked having access to the balcony from both the bedroom and living room. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but it was pretty big and the bedroom (like the living room) had a big flat screen tv in it. The hotel isn't nice enough to pay the original price, but for the discounted rate, it was more than satisfactory! The views are fantastic and there are multiple pools and hot tubs around the hotel. The location is one of my favorite attributes.. it's by Club LaVela, Pineapple Willeys, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. This place isn't a luxury hotel, but it's comfortable and met all of my vacation requirements.

we loved the condo just had bad experience with joni's rentals. first she didn't give us the rules and we didn't know about the tags we were to wear plus she only gave us two and they were four of us. when I received my deposit it was 40.00 short after calling her she said the closet door was broke I inform her that it was already broke she said she would sent me my 40.00 which I had to call back several time to get her to mail it .when I received my money it was only * and she said that was all I would get back because I called her to much. I ask for the housing associate number.and she said like i would give it to you and beside they would just laught at me and hang us . she still owes me * I will stay here again just through another booking agent

I was completely undecided about staying here because of mixed reviews, but will definately not stay again. Upon entry to our condo, there was an awful smell that I attributed to "cleaning" products. My husband checked and said that it came from the garbage disposal, so we decided to go to Walmart and get something to put in there. Meanwhile, my daughter and grandkids went on the balcony from the living room and were not able to get back in because the door was jammed. There was no cell phone service, so they could not call anyone for help. By now the office was closed so I placed a work order the next morning to have both fixed. When we returned from the beach, there was a note saying they had fixed the problems. NOT!! The smell was gone but the door was still broken. There was also no water pressure at all in the kitchen sink and when it was turned on, it went in all directions. We basically spent most of our time out of the room, but the night before we got ready to leave, we loaded the dishwasher and the top rack was broken and the smell was coming out of there now! There was dirt and sand on the floors and dust bunnies everywhere. I wanted to sweep the floors to get our sand up and when I lifted the bedspread, the floor was gross. When we pulled the sofa bed out, it was sickening. This is just a high priced dumpy hotel.

The only thing that the Long Beach Resort has going for it is location. Otherwise this place would be a total bust! Our room was in pretty rough shape, the staff was very rude, the pool had not been vacuumed in weeks, and the hotels grounds were covered with trash. For the price we paid for the hotel we were very disappointed. Again; one good thing (the only good thing in my opinion) was the location. You are just steps from the beach. I had to laugh when I was approached by one of the sales staff about purchasing a condo. If they plan on selling more units, they need to do some MAJOR work to the facility first.

Wonderful room, wonderful, view, courteous staff! We would definitely return. The resort is in a great location and we could walk to several places like Walmart for last minute items. The only negative is not the resorts fault...The are doing construction on the road out front so traffic is at a snails pace (so it was actually more convenient to WALK)!
