The first room was next to very noisy neighbors, and there was little soundproofing between the rooms. The staff changed my room to a quieter one at my request. The bed quilts in both rooms had holes in them; I told the staff who said they would inform housekeeping. The sink stopper was broken in my second room. I had the feeling the hotel had been allowed to deteriorate. The staff was friendly, but the owner has not maintained the premises. I would not book a reservation there again. The bed sheets were not fitted, and sheets were rough

I booked this hotel because they advertised an airport shuttle. Upon arrival, I called the hotel and was told that they do not offer a shuttle service, even though Travel online and their own website say that they do. The receptionist told me my best bet was to take a cab. So all money saved by booking with them was spent on a cab to get to them. A call to Travel online resulted in Travel online calling the hotel directly, and Travel online was told the same thing, that there was no shuttle, even though a shuttle was advertised on both sites. The hotel itself was not in great condition. I've seen better rooms in budget hotels. Furniture is worn, the ceiling had a huge patch in it, and a dead moth was found in the bed. The bathroom was clean though.

I am SO disappointed that Travel online would consider this a 3 Star hotel. It does NOT compare to the other 3 Star hotels in the City. I will NEVER return here. The room was disgusting. I heard everything from the shared walls. I was afraid to stay in the area. I am a single mother who travels frequently with my 2 young children. I went into the bathroom to give my children baths before bedtime. The bathroom door had a HUGE patch that crappily covered a HUGE-ER hole in the door. Then the bath tub did not even work, we could only shower. The sign on the front of the hotel says Executive Inn with stupid little cheap temporary sign covering it that says "Howard Johnson Inn". That says it right there, if you book a room here, you will really be staying at an Executive Inn caliber hotel. More like one of the older Motel 6.
