I was given a Voucher after missing an American Airlines connection due to a delayed flight. First of all, it took the front desk personel about 45minutes to check in 4 people. All while the manager stood behind the counter counting change in the register (sometimes he would just stare at it) He didnt once think of assisting the people in line.
Long story short...The only reason I didnt leave was because I had 5 hours before my flight. Nasty hotel -

Service from the airport was poor. Took over an 1 1/2 hours to be picked up. Shuttle service was suppose to run every 1/2 hour. Shuttle to Miami port was behind schedule also. Poorly organized shuttle service. Would not recommend staying at this hotel for anyone.
