  I thought it was too good to be true. This hotel is located right on the beach, I thought it was a great bargain until I asked to see the room. The first room I saw had hair on the pillow cases and crumbs on the floor. I asked to see another room thinking this one was just not cleaned well. The second room had dead flies in the bathtub, and the toilet had urine stains on the seat. That was enough for me, no need to see another room. I canceled my reservation and went to another hotel. I would not stay here for $10 a night.

  The A/C did not work properly. They said it was OK. I was quoted $ per night, they charged me $ for the second night, which was the night of the shuttle launch. I told them to correct it, I will see if my credit card is billed properly.

  With one pleasant exception, office staff was either indifferent or hostile. Room not ready when promised. We had to shuttle between Super 8 and adjacent Ramada offices to get information, keys, etc instead of staff calling to solve problems. Late night curfews on pool, noise were not enforced. Ash tray, where guests chatted and smoked, was three feet from our non-smoking room. Continental breakfast consisted of tiny apples, muffins & begals (read items sometimes moldy). Heavily traveled freeway 100 yards from east rooms. After nights of fitful sleep, we check out with great relief.

  The staff at this hotel was great! the rooms were very clean and well worth every dime. will stop at this hotel again!
