  Hotel was not very clean in rooms the carpet and bed skirts were stained and dirty. The exterior was not very clean at all. There was workers from a restaurant next door that would sit and smoke and spit on the floor on the stairway leading to the top floor. The front desk personal was not very friendly and curtious. I would not recomend this hotel to coulples with children or if person is a cleanliness type.

  I first circled the location three times before I was able to get a parking space in the small lot. I checked in and arrived at the reserved room and found that it had not been made up from the previous guest. I was then told by the desk person that it was the only room available. After much complaint I was "found" another NON-SMOKING room. Unfortunately, the new room smelled strongly of tobacco odor, the heater ran all night (but never raised the temp) and the refridgerater did not work. I had planned to stay four nights because of the location, but checked out the next morning.
