The hotel was clean, in good repair, and the staff was pleasant. Overall, it was a very good experience and value. Although I am partally handicapped, I had no trouble getting to and from my room on the 3rd floor as the elevator work just fine. Because of the trees in front of the building I had a bit of trouble seeing the facility. It's riught next to the freeway, before the Comfort Inn. There is a nice pool in the front of the building also.

I wish I remembered the staff members name, but I know she was training someone. The woman she was training was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The trainer was less than satisfactory. She was rude and unable to multi task. When checking in, I purchased the wireless internet access. She forgot to order it, and when she gave me her keys I reminded her. She said "Oh, I forgot, let me help these other customers and get back to you". I said "Are you kidding me?" She said, "Or you can come back down in a little bit, when we not so busy" (Her words, not mine) The room was pretty clean with the exception of the filthy carpet that needed to be replaced, but I expected that based on what I paid. I felt that the property was quiet and fairly well policed. Overall, an acceptable experience, with the exception of the one loser.

Would never stay there again! When you are in the room it feels like you are sleeping on top of the freeway....the traffic noise is horrible. The doors don't have a seal under it and a nice cool breeze flows straight into the room....the entire night. There were ants in the bathroom b/c I am sure there was a leak of some sort...The noise during the night was terrible. Up and down and all over until 4 am people were slamming doors and running up and down the outside hall. You could hear every fight, every word, everything! Don't stay here!!!!

Booked a single king but when we got there we could only get double queens, which was fine (this is important for tall people). The room had an unbearable mildew odor mixed w/ rug cleaner. We really tried to adapt to it though our nostrils were burning. When I stepped on the huge wet spot with my bare foot, that was it. No way. The front desk guy was totally nice & moved us to the room right next to that one so we wouldn't have to move our things far. The second room smelled like bleach, but that was at least bearable. I just turned the fan on high. Be realistic about what you'll get with a $* room: uncomfortable bed & bedding thin, non-absorbent towels mustiness/bad ventilation (you can't open the windows more than an inch) continental coffee/danishes you're better off skipping It's simply a spot to sleep & shower. If you're on a strict budget, this is the alternative to passing out at the wheel during a long road trip. If you can swing $* or so, choose a more reliable chain.
