When we first checked in, we had asked for a non=smoking king bed room. Upon entering the room, we realized that not only was it a smoking room, but holes were burnt in a hassock and the floor looked like it had burn holes. We figured we were in for a hard time. My husband called the front desk and explained what happened. We immediately were transferred to t he 29th floor overlooking the bay and a wonderful clean, non-smoking room. Service was great, and we definately would return to this place because of this experience.

This hotel is beautiful. The view from our window would be hard to beat in any place in the world! What a great location...on the Bay, in the Village, and across the street from a trolly station! We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay and would love to come again to the same hotel. Richard and Lucy White from Atlanta, GA.

Our stay was from 06/02/2010 to 06/05/2010, One unhappy camper. First there are two towers one old one new, get the new one I did not, it's called the Seaport Tower. Next my first night got 3 phone calls at 3:45 AM looking for rooms service, did my best to explain to the Mexican Gentleman on the other end of the line not to call again, and had to listen to him calling me. So called the front deck, their answer was "So what do you want me to do about it". I said, Please have it stopped. "Do you want us to call security or something? So now about an hour later someone beats on my door and runs away. Fine fashion to handle it don't you think? Lastly the water from the facet and show in the bath had less power then I can, you know relieve myself. It's not like I was using my stay as a resort. Just wanted a nice view which they have, a good place to sleep and a good shower, so I got only part of what I expected.

I stayed in Sept 2009 for a friends wedding in coronado. Staff was nice, Valet parking expensive. Rooms were good sized, clean, no fridge, view was great; partial marina with partial city. Breakfast in restaurant was expensive, then we found out seaport village is right behind it. Took a sea/land tour, was really fun. Tons of shops to see. Ate lunch at seaport. When we got back our room was clean, towels changed. After the wedding we went to that ken club on the pool. it was ok, there is a fee. But if you go to the 40th floor there is a bar, very nice, drinks are way better, atmosphere is fun, and no fee to get in. Had a great time, then went back to bed. Room was quiet. would stay again, once prices drop.
