  Not the nicest hotel but you get what you pay for. for the price, i would say it was up to par; didn't notice any real problems with cleanliness ...

  Not the nicest hotel but you get what you pay for. For the price, I would say it was up to par; didn't notice any real problems with cleanliness or the shape of the room. Staff was a little unhelpful though. Not sure what the area was like before but there was no strip club across from the hotel when I stayed there recently; all I saw across the street was a Lowes.

  The price was good but the hotel wasn't. i have stayed at other howard johnson hotels and was satisified with the hotel, but not this time. when i checked ...

  The price was good but the hotel wasn't. I have stayed at other Howard Johnson hotels and was satisified with the hotel, but not this time. When I checked in the room had an ordor, the toliel was running and the air wasn't on. The next morning I called the front desk for towels and it took the over 30mins to bring them, I had to call them twice. Then when the maid did come to bring the towels she was ready to clean the room but I wasn't ready so I told her to come back in 30mins. To make a long story short when I returned to the room about 4hrs later my room still hadn't been cleaned. Then the front desk told me they don't sheet change on the 2nd night but they would come clean the room so I had to ask to have my sheets changed. The air conditioning wasn't the best either. And the pool was suppose to be heated and it wasn't. No a pleasant stay at all. I will not return to this hotel.
