This hotel is near perfect. The renovations make the lobby and exterior look extremely nice. The rooms are spacious, with new appointments that make them comfortable. The fitness facility is very nice with multiple machines, dead weights, universal machine, and mats. Only a few issues still remain. It seems every time that I visit one of the three elevators is broken. I am not sure why they can not keep them all running. My billing always seems to be an issue as I am on a corporate rate. Again not sure what the fix is for this one. Great hotel in most areas.

This Hilton hotel will be a gem. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious enough for a business traveler to be productive. The new fitness facility is great with new machines and individual TV so you do not get bored during your workout. Room Service was quick with good food for the late night menu. The best part of this hotel was the staff that went above the call to make my team feel at home.

This Hilton hotel will be a gem. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious enough for a business traveler to be productive. The new fitness facility is great with new machines and individual TV so you do not get bored during your workout. Room Service was quick with good food for the late night menu. The best part of this hotel was the staff that went above the call to make my team feel at home.

From the minute I walked into this hotel I could not believe the service I was given. Bellstaff, Front Desk, Housekeepers, Gift Shop, Cameo Lounge, Harvard Street Grill, everything was just wonderful! My room was clean and upgraded, I got a GREAT rate! Everything was wonderful!
