The room was comfortable enough but there was visible mold in the bathroom. We told the front desk several times that there were four people in the room and they never gave us enough towels, so we were constantly calling for additional towels.

Hotel was in a great location. It is next to one of the smaller airports in the area. We booked a king room. When we got to the hotel at 130am after driving for 6hours with a 7month, they informed us this was a single bed. Then the clerk at the front desk told us that there was one king bed available and proceeded to argue with my husband about whether we could have the room or not. What a great way to start a vacation! The King room was great after they finally let us have it. It had a micowave, mini fridge and lots of room for the 3 of us! Pool was beautiful.

Stayed 11/16/09 - 11/20/09. moderately furnished, newer decorated room with decent size. Very quite located 3 mile north of Mission Valley (near freeways) and about 8 miles from SeaWorld/mission beach. Good for business stay, but internet service horrible; downloaded four 28Kb files (one at a time) and their provider removed my service for two days because they stated I overloaded their broadband service. Free bottle water means only one arrowhead 16.9oz per day! Garden View was a large lawn with seven old trees! Room service average at best.

The Four Points Sheraton's first impression was great!! I thought it looked very modern from the outside and the fountain was nice too. But was sucked was that there was NO parking anywhere in their parking lot because they were having a dance competition in their events room. Other than the parking problem, my stay was FABULOUS. I loved the NEWLY renovated rooms! We booked a standard King and there was a microwave and mini fridge! The bathrooms were clean, even though they leave the towels near the floor on a rack! But the bed was clean and so was the carpet (it's blue). I would definitely stay there again. Oh and it's close to Convoy street where there are lot's of yummy restaurants and 5- 10 minutes to freeways and beaches!!!

The Sheraton Four Points is a newly remodeled properties with nicely appointed rooms -- new carpet, updated bathroom, attractive linens. We are Starwood Frequent Travellers and we were upgraded to a suite by the very polite and professional front desk staff. We enjoyed our stay and so did our dog!
