  Hotel staff was very accommodating. very good service. frig was not working and maintenance replied immediately. loaned us a dish and cup to use in microwave. awesome happy hour- free ...

  Hotel staff was very accommodating. Very good service. Frig was not working and maintenance replied immediately. Loaned us a dish and cup to use in microwave. Awesome happy hour- free drinks for hour. It is always nice to get something for free. Hospitality home-baked cookies at the front desk. It was a real nice stay.

  Highly recommend this lovely hotel! Friendly service, and our room was spotless. Great value too! A foam topper on the mattress would be a nice touch, hotel beds are generally not very comfortable. Other than that, the room was very nice and the ocean view was spectacular. Great pool, too! Sincerely,

  The room was clean, well maintained, front desk clerk very friendly, very accomodating, location is fantastic, room was spacious for our family of four. i will definitely stay here again.

  We couldn't escape the cigarette smoke. it seemed as if everyone smoked but our family. people smoked in the pool around playing children, on the balconies of non-smoking ...

  We couldn't escape the cigarette smoke. It seemed as if everyone smoked but our family. People smoked IN the pool around playing children, on the balconies of non-smoking rooms so that we couldn't even sit out and enjoy the ocean view we paid extra for, and there were ashes and butts EVERYWHERE. Management's response to my concerns were that there's no laws against public smoking in Florida and that they pay their bills like everyone else does. This is not a family-friendly hotel at all, unless you're a family of smokers and are used to it.
