With some of the negitive reviews I had read I expected the worse. This hotel was a blast, kid friendly, adult friendly and the staff was a big help. music on the weekends and kerokee topped off the fun. Loved It Plenty of parking

If you are looking for a cheap hotel, with NO expectations, this is for you. It is 2 star quality, and I might even say 1 star. The rugs are stained, and in some rooms...black. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but all in all, this place is old and needs renovations! Bathrooms are small, and some rooms are overlooking the garbage dumps underneath. The pool is old, the chairs poolside are broken, but the outdoor bar is OK. If you are just going there to sleep, and nothing else, then stay, but I will never stay there again! Last resort!!!!!

we stayed in a suite. was nice size. hotel is old but our room was clean, service was great. TV in living area wasnt working but they sent someone up right away to fix it. only bad thing- the airconditioner leaked so the floor was a bit wet. they did not fix that but room didnt smell. Restaurant was fantastic for breakfast and reasonable. Great ocean view,DJ music everyday that you could also hear on the beach. Went to the comedy show. Lots of fun. we would stay again.

I stayed at La Playa with my family, we stayed there for about 6 days. Durig our time there, it wasn't the all best. But I would have to say, it was more then I expected. The service was great, rooms were extremely clean, the hotel was a bit old, but the location of it maked up for it. I would recommend this to everyone that just want to find a decent hotel and just get a great time and clean time.
