In two days we stayed there, nobody cleaned the pool area.The Hotel is nice, the breakfast was nice also.Rooms has partial ocean view but they are clean and confortable. The pool area, where the children plays a lot was very dirty and no pool attendant there.THEY CHARGE FOR THE PARKING AT THE END AND NOBODY TAKE CARE FOR THE CARS.

I found this hotel to be a very good bargain. A tremendous view of the ocean from our private balcony. Service staff was friendly, if not overly competent. They advertise the option of a late check-out but when I attempted to utilize that choice, they said it wasn't really an option. These things aside, I really enjoyed my time there and look forward to going back.

The beds were excellent, the room was clean and spacious. I'd stay again. The continental breakfast wasn't spectacular but it was sufficient. The elevators were small and outdated as were some of the room decor/amenities, but still comfortable. Was impressed that the soaps were Bath & Body Works. We were there for Bike Week and the temp was too cold to swim, so no comment on the pool.

Upon arriving into my room, I noticed the floor was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom floor washed as there were footprints and the carpet had vomit stains. I requested another room which they provided. The room was in somewhat better shape. We went down to the hot tubs and when we came out two of the children who accompanied got glass and cuts in their feet. When we went to bed, we pulled the sheets down and there were stains on the sheets (top and bottom). We then decided to put blankets over the stain as it was very late at night, and the blankets also were not clean and had dried stinky substance. Upon checkout I requested to talk to a manager and was told no manager was on duty (Saturday morning). The clerk was annoyed when I told her while the hotel makes a good appearance, the housekeeping is terrible and how the sheets, etc. were dirty. I also told her about the glass around the hot tub and she responded that I needed to fill out an incident report. I told her that I had to depart but I was primarily concerned that no one else gets injured and cut. What an extreme disappointment the whole entire time. The lobby and pool area looks good but it needs repair. The carpet in the rooms needs to be washed.
