I love staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and I just get an overall welcome feeling from everyone. Every time I am in Miami I will choose this hotel. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable. I really truly do enjoy staying here. This is my second time in Miami in the past year and I am very pleased with the level of service provided by the hotel. They are quick to answer any questions and fulfill any needs. If you happen to stay here make sure to check out Catch of the Day. It's a hot spot restaurant about 3 miles from the hotel that serves the freshest, best seafood.

My fmamily and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it, it had great location to everything. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were awesome.....Very clean, beds slept GREAT..... We would defintely stay there again.....

Excellent services! if you want a clean,smile and cordials employes,bar services (hi! my friends bartenders) sorry but now tha lady and the young man bartender are my friends when come back to miami I hope see there. This is a hotel for relax if you want to go to miami for relax go to Sofitel.

Stayed here in April before a cruise. Great find and glad we stayed here. The rooms were very nice and the hotel resturant was excellent. Had dinner and breakfast and was both outstanding. It is French, but have many items and top notch. The hotel offeres a transfer to Cruise Port for $ * each and took us right there. They were running late due to roadway issues and kept appoligizing for something they had no control over. Staff was outstanding! Frendly and wanting to welcome us at every turn. This hotel was used by may cruise lines and provided transfer, but at double to cost than booking ourselves. WE wer not be disappointed in any way.
