AWESOME booking through travel online. Everything went great. Hotel is old but for the price and location is a phenomenal deal. I was traveling alone this trip. This is not the Ramada but it is not a Ramada price! Pool area was clean, room was clean, staff is awesome, walking distance to restaurants and beach! This hotel had everything I needed. I did not use it but I know they allow cruise parking while staying here. I would highly recommend to a traveler on a budget!

I recently took my group to a competition in Cocoa Beach. I did my homework and selected the La Quinta- (not the one by the pier - there are 2 in Cocoa) Yes the place was old - almost all of them are old! But this one was clean, the rooms are all modern with all the amenities, fridge, mircowave, tv, heated pool, with towels and did I say clean!! We booked 30 rooms and there was not one disappointed person in our group!! No matter why you stay here, the owner operated staff was super nice, the breakfast was unbeatable - they had everything hot and cold all included in the price, and the price was great!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone- especially those with kids!! There were reataurants, stores and supermarkets close by and it was a short walk to the magnificent beach.

La Quinta Inn staff was very friendly and helpful during our 2 nights stay. When they were aware of our travel plan, we were advised to leave our car on their property, and take a hotel van to our destination, which saved us money on transportation, and an expensive parking fee at the port. There were no room service, but a breakfast was served daily. The grounds were clean, the pool was clean, and the night entertainment was enjoyable. The overall hotel meet my standards.

I agree with the one guys comment, all though our bed was excellent, pillows, perfect, the mold/mildew smell was not acceptable. Had to keep the window open the entire time there to help mask the smell. Upon my own personal inspection it seems the a/c unit in the wall had mold growing on the outlet portion. Other than the mold, its minutes walk away from the beach, grocery store, bars, dennys etc. Trolleys run there and there is a stop right there, just hop on and go to your destination. Would I stay again? Possibly, but I would dam well make sure that if I smelled that mold again, to get a new room.
