  • The resort is building a town centre in the centre of the property and apartments on the perimeter. Work is limited to 8am-5:30pm, with noisy work after 10am on Tue. and Thu. only. Construction is visible upon arrival and from some rooms (Junior Gardenview Suites) but it does not affect public areas. Full exterior work is expected to be completed by end of Dec. 2008.
The Crane Resort & Residences occupies a dramatic high cliff on the Southeast coast of Barbados, swept by fresh, invigorating breezes. Dining options include contemporary Caribbean cuisine from leading Barbados chef, Michael Harrison, at the Zagat rated, a la carte L AZure Restaurant, which is also the setting for the ever-popular Sunday Gospel Breakfast. Zen Restaurant, crowned Zagats top rated restaurant in Barbados, offers authentic Asian cuisine, where native Thai and Japanese chefs create rare and exotic delicacies before a wall of glass 50 feet above the sea and amidst classical Japanese surroundings. The newly opened Carriage House poolside restaurant serves up refreshing cocktails and light cuisine during the day.

All room categories feature handcrafted King size four-poster beds and mahogany furnishings, floor-to-ceiling cedar doors with adjustable louvered shutters, marble bathrooms and traditional Barbadian coral stone walls.
